CHARACTERISTICS
- For applications outdoors (fluid-to-air)
- Composite insulator with FG tube and silicone sheds
- Fine-graded condenser cores
- Fully type-tested according to applicable International Standards IEEE or IEC
GENERAL
- RIS bushing cores are manufactured using a non-woven plastic web fabric and thin aluminum foil electrodes
- All cores are condenser-type finely graded rolled in special winding machines and resin-impregnated under vacuum.
- Optimized bushing designs for size and material usage
- Condenser cores are fully dried and vacuum-impregnated using optimized processes ensuring a low CO2 footprint
- Modular bushing designs allow the use of a reduced number of components and enable fully customizable dimensions
