CHARACTERISTICS
- Applicable for voltage levels up to 550 kV
- For GIS-to-air applications such as gas-insulated switchgear to air-insulated switchgear
- Dry-type cast resin construction
- Oil-free gas-free construction
- Fine-graded condenser cores
- Fully type tested according to applicable International Standards IEEE or IEC and customer requirements
GENERAL
- RIP bushing cores are manufactured from high-quality crepe paper and thin aluminum foil electrodes
- Condenser-type finely graded wound in special winding machines
- Oil-free gas-free dry-type construction allows installation at a variety of mounting angles
- Bushing designs are optimized for size material usage and internal free-oil volume
- Condenser cores are fully dried and vacuum-impregnated using enhanced processes to minimize CO2 emissions
- Modular bushing designs allow the use of a reduced number of components and allow entirely customizable dimensions
