ARCC® WILDFIRE MITIGATION SYSTEM

Trench’s Advanced Residual Current Compensation (ARCC®) system compensates for ground-fault currents providing utilities with the security they require to operate electricity networks even in an environment impacted by global warming.

Wildfire mitigation

Innovative Environmental protection System

Devastation wildfires are caused by power lines touching dry vegetation. The system confirmed its outstanding capabilities in preventing line-to-ground fault-initiated wildfires.

BoostPRO® Function

The Boost PRO® feature accelerates the compensation. Current and voltage on the place of failure will be reduced much faster with this algorithm.

Available for 50Hz / 60Hz applications

Reliable Power Supply

Use of Arc Suppression Coil ensures continuous power supply during earth fault by continuous current regulation, enabling accurate tuning & minimizing fault current.

Fault Detection

EFD500 device detects faulty feeder during earth fault current compensation.
