MAIN FEATURES

Conventional fluid Current Transformers
ensure accurate and reliable current transformation

Design

Trench's conventional fluid CTs are based on a globally established insulating medium technology. The head design of the current transformers is characterized by low weight and minimal fluid volume.

Seismic

Excellent seismic performance as a consequence of the optimized design of flanges, insulator and, their interconnection.

High current

The bar-type primary conductor is designed for high service short-circuit current and prevents high voltage drops in the primary winding.

High Voltage insulation

Superior control of internal and external insulation stress, due to the use of a proprietary system of finely graded bushings.

Hermetically sealed

In all operating conditions, a stainless steel bellow allows the liquid volume to change and the internal pressure to remain the same as the ambient pressure.
