MAIN FEATURES
Fine-graded condenser cores
OIP bushing cores are manufactured using premium Kraft paper and thin aluminum foil electrodes. All our cores are condenser-type finely graded wound in special winding machines under pre-heat and high compression.
Industry compliant
Fully type tested to applicable international IEC and IEEE bushing standards.
Seismic requirements
Selected OIP bushings are designed to meet high seismic requirements i.e. IEEE 693.
Outdoor application (fluid-to-air)
Options for porcelain or composite insulators, with creepage for high or extra high pollution levels.
Altitude and Temperature Specifications
On special request the bushings can be adapted to operate for higher than standard altitude and from extreme temperatures (-60°C to +55°C).
Qualified for Renewable Energy Applications
Venting the bushings is not necessary on the STARON model. Successful tests on STARON bushings demonstrated the robust performance capabilities for cyclic loading applications.
