Design
The explosion proof design of the Trench Conventional Gas CTs is based on the use of compressible Conventional Gas as insulation medium and the built-in rupture disc.
Seismic
Excellent seismic performance as a consequence of the optimized design of flanges, composite insulator, and their interconnection.
High current
The bar-type primary conductor is designed for high service short-circuit current and prevents high voltage drops in the primary winding.
High Voltage insulation
Superior control of internal and external insulation stress, due to the use of a proprietary system of finely graded bushings.
Accuracy
Precise transformation at rated current and high current levels is ensured by uniformly arranged secondary windings.
Modular design
Modular design eliminates the need for a wide range of components.
Maintenance
Maintenance-free and therefore cost- and time-saving over a service life of more than 30 years.
